B&K invests in Rima finishing line

Southern Germany printer B&K Offsetdruck has followed up the order it placed with KBA at the beginning of the show for a new C16 press, with another purchase. The Ottersweier business has also bought a complete post-press line from Rima-System to handle work from the new KBA press. “The overall package from Rima was the best option for us,” said B&K managing director Jörn Kalbhenn.
The Rima line comprises an RS 831 rotary cutter, a RS 36S lift truck and RS 610 log stacker and will be used to process products into bundles and logs. A robot was also included to transfer print products onto pallets.
