Neue Überlappungstechnologie für Großformat-Querschneider: Markierungsfrei bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten Düsseldorf / Neuffen. Die bielomatik Leuze GmbH + Co. KG stellt auf der drupa die neu entwickelte und patentierte Überlappungseinheit „SynchroOverlap“ vor. Dieser Technik liegt ein komplett reibungsfreies Wirkprinzip zugrunde, das beim Abbremsen der Bögen Stoppermarkierungen auch bei hochempfindlichen Materialoberflächen und höchsten Produktionsgeschwindigkeiten ausschließt.

Die Hauptprobleme heutiger Großformat-Querschneider im Bereich des Bogendurchlaufs gehören damit der Vergangenheit an. Zudem wird der generelle Materialdurchlauf, insbesondere bei leichten Materialsorten mit geringer Steifigkeit, stark verbessert, indem die Bögen durch Krafteinleitung im hinteren Bereich abgebremst und durch ihre eigene kinetische Energie gestreckt werden. Damit wird eine bei traditionellen Überlappungstechnologien häufig vorkommende Wellenbildung im Bogen ( infolge des Abbremsens an der Bogenvorderkante ) vermieden und die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit kann erkennbar gesteigert werden. Als weiterer Effekt dieser Technologie werden die Bögen auf der gesamten Breite der Maschine stabil und gleichmäßig abgebremst, wodurch der überlappte Bogenstrom optimal rechtwinklig ausgerichtet ist und sich somit auch die anschließende Stapelqualität verbessert.

Durch den Einsatz der SynchroOverlap können also die mechanisch gegebenen Geschwindigkeitspotentiale der Querschneider deutlich besser ausgenutzt und die Produktivität der Anlagen wesentlich gesteigert werden. Aufgrund des rein mechanischen Prinzips ist die Überlappung unabhängig von wechselnden äußeren Einflüssen und Änderungen der Materialbeschaffenheit. Die SynchroOverlap ist eine modulare und autarke Baugruppe, die sowohl für neue Anlagen als auch für die Modernisierung vorhandener Großformat-Querschneider aller Typen bestens geeignet ist.

Uwe Hartmann, Serviceleiter bei bielomatik, berichtet: „In den letzten zwei Jahren haben wir bei verschiedenen europäischen Papierfabriken bereits 7 dieser Module nachgerüstet. Die Produktivität in der Formatausrüstung ist dadurch stark gestiegen, teilweise bis über 20 Prozent“.

bielomatik SpeedLiner: Smart Labels schnell und zuverlässig produziert Düsseldorf / Neuffen. Auf der drupa stellt die bielomatik Leuze GmbH + Co. KG die neue Multi-Layer-Laminiermaschine SpeedLiner vor. Die kompakte und modular erweiterbare RFID-Maschinenkonfiguration lässt sich flexibel auf unterschiedliche Produktanforderungen anpassen.

Der Maschinenbauer aus Neuffen gilt als etablierter und weltweit anerkannter Lieferant von Hochleistungsmaschinen im Bereich RFID-Converting. In das neue Maschinenkonzept sind die Erfahrungen aus nun fast zwei Jahrzehnten eingeflossen. Der neue SpeedLiner T-165 überzeugt durch innovative Technik und eine ausgereifte Bedienerfreundlichkeit in Bezug auf Ergonomie beim Rollenwechsel und eine schnelle Umrüstung beim Produktwechsel.

Bei der Messevorführung in Halle 11 werden RFID-Etiketten für Textilien, sogenannte „Hang-Tags“ produziert. Dazu ist die Maschine ausgestattet mit einer neuen Sternrad-Auslage und einem Aggregat für geregelten Heißleimauftrag. Das neue rotative Stanzsystem ist für einen schnellen Zylinderwechsel optimiert. Eine ebenfalls neue, optional erhältliche, Falzauslage ermöglicht hohe Formatflexibilität. Das Stanzsystem ist mit einer integrierten Lochabfall-Absaugung ausgerüstet. Die Ausschleus-Station für defekte Transponder, das „Bad-Inlay-Removal“, sorgt für 100%ige Produktqualität. Die Stundenleistung des SpeedLiner T-165 liegt bei über 90.000 Einheiten.

Im Rahmen der Messepräsentation wird mit den vor Ort produzierten Etiketten eine automatisierte Bestandsüberwachung - die permanente Inventur - demonstriert. Dazu sind Experten kooperierender Firmen aus den Bereichen Lesegerät-Technologie und System-Integration anwesend, um Anwenderfragen zu beantworten.

Der SpeedLiner bietet den Herstellern von RFID-Produkten ein Maschinenkonzept mit dem sie flexibel und effizient auf aktuelle und zukünftige Markt- und Produktanforderungen reagieren können. Die schnellen Umrüstzeiten und das optimierte Bedienkonzept führen zu wesentlich reduzierten Betriebskosten. Damit können die Converter dem Preisdruck wirkungsvoll begegnen.

bielomatik P 35-49 PLUS: Neue Bestmarke in der Produktion von Drahtkamm- und Spiralblocks Düsseldorf / Neuffen. Auf der drupa präsentiert die bielomatik Leuze GmbH + Co. KG die neue Generation Drahtkamm- und Spiral-Bindemaschine, die P 35-49 PLUS. Mit wesentlich verringerten Rüstzeiten und einer um 33 % höheren Leistung setzt die Maschine einen neuen Maßstab bezogen auf die Produktivität.

Das Herzstück der Maschine, die 5-nutzige Stanz-und Schneidestation, wurde komplett überarbeitet. Zum Einsatz kommt hier das neu konstruierte Kassettensystem das außerhalb der Maschine mit bereits auf Format eingestellten Werkzeugen bestückt wird. Die so vorgerüsteten Kassettenwagen werden einfach in die Maschine eingeschoben. Zusammen mit einer grundlegenden Überarbeitung einiger Arbeitsstationen können so die Umrüstzeiten um bis zu 40 % gesenkt werden. Die neue Stanz- und Schneidestation kann in bestehenden Anlagen nachgerüstet werden.

Auf der drupa wird die Maschine in der Ausführung „Drahtkamm“ gezeigt. Die PLUS-Version der Baureihe kann optional auch mit einer Spiral-Bindestation aus- bzw. nachgerüstet werden. Da die Taktzahl um 50 % erhöht werden konnte, erzielt die Anlage damit eine neue Bestmarke: Im Format A 4 produziert die P 35-49 PLUS 90 Spiralprodukte pro Minute.

Der für die Papiersparte bei bielomatik zuständige Geschäftsführer, Dirk Vößing: „Nahezu alle namhaften Hersteller von Spiral- und Drahtkammprodukten weltweit produzieren auf vollautomatischen Hochleistungsanlagen von bielomatik. Selbst hochautomatisierte Hersteller in den Industriestaaten Europas oder in Nordamerika stehen heute einem Effizienzverlust von bis zu 40 % gegenüber. Gleichzeitig werden die Losgrößen der Aufträge immer kleiner und die Produkte immer anspruchsvoller und individueller. Mit der PLUS-Version der P 35-49 sind die Kunden gut gerüstet, um den künftigen Marktanforderungen bezüglich Flexibilität und Preisdruck wirkungsvoll zu begegnen.“

KG den komplett neu entwickelten „Compact Folio Sheeter“ CFS 105. Der mit innovativen Technologien ausgestattete Querschneider zeichnet sich durch seine kompakten Aussenmaße aus und setzt neue Maßstäbe in Bezug auf die zu verarbeitenden Materialien sowie Bedienerfreundlichkeit.

Als weltweit anerkannter Lieferant von Hochleistungsmaschinen für die Papierverarbeitung sind die jahrzehntelangen Erfahrungen des Maschinenbauers in das Maschinenkonzept eingeflossen. Das Ergebnis ist das neuartige patentierte Überlappungs- und Stapelsystem mit VACUSTOP®-Technologie. Das Luftleistenprinzip, eine Kombination aus Lufttransport- und Luftschwebetechnik, garantiert einen markierungsfreien Einzelbogentransport auch bei empfindlichen Papieren, Karton oder Folien.

Für das Schneiden von vorbedruckten Rollen ist der CFS 105 mit einer Registersteuerung ausgerüstet. Damit ist er eine interessante Alternative zum Offline-Schneiden im Verpackungssektor. In Kooperation mit der dänischen Firma TRESU ist zusätzlich eine Inline-Lösung für Flexodruckmaschinen geplant.

Mit seinen Außenmaßen von nur 3 m x 6 m kann der CFS 105 einfach in bestehende Produktionsumgebungen integriert werden. Die kompakte Baugröße der Maschine beruht auf der neuartigen Auslagetechnik, wodurch der Überlappungsbereich und die Transportstrecke extrem kurz gehalten sind. Bei großen Schnittlängen befindet sich der Bogen bereits teilweise in der Ablagezone, obwohl der Querschnitt noch nicht stattgefunden hat. Die maximale Schnittlänge beträgt 1200 mm, die Arbeitsbreite 1050 mm, die Schnitt-Toleranz liegt bei +/- 0,3 mm.

Der CFS 105 lässt sich in bestehende ERP- und Workflow-Management-Systeme einbinden und interaktiv verknüpfen. Dabei führen eine automatische Prozessüberwachung und kurze Umrüstzeiten zu einer hohen Effizienz der Maschine.

Die Papier- und Druckindustrie steht aufgrund sinkender Auflagen und steigender Individualisierung von Aufträgen unter einem immer größer werdenden Kosten- und Wettbewerbsdruck. KG exposes on its drupa booth the new developed and patented overlapping unit „SynchroOverlap“. This technology underlies a completely friction-free active principle that eliminates stopper markings during braking of the sheets even at high sensitive material surfaces and highest production speeds.

The main problem of today´s Folio Sheeters in the area of sheet flow are history. In addition the general material flow will be significantly improved, especially for low grammage materials with little stiffness by force application within the rear part of the sheet to reduce its speed, thus using its own kinetic energy to stretch the sheet. Hereby the creation of a wave formation, as it is often the case within traditional overlapping technologies by force application at the sheet front edge, will be avoided and the production speed can be considerably increased. Furthermore the sheets will be decelerated across the complete machine width in a stable and uniform manner, causing an ideal rectangular aligned overlapped sheet flow, resulting in an improved pile quality.

Through the use of the SynchroOverlap the mechanically given speed potentials of the sheeters can be utilized much better, therefore significantly increasing the productivity of the machines. Due to the mere mechanical working principle the overlapping is independent from changing outer influences and variations of material characteristics. The SynchroOverlap is a modular and autarkic group which can be perfectly used for new installations as well as for the modernization of existing Folio Sheeters of all types.

bielomatik P 35-49 PLUS: New mark of excellence in production of wire comb and spiral products Duesseldorf / Neuffen. bielomatik will present the new generation of its wire comb and spiral binding line P 35-49 PLUS on drupa. With significantly reduced changeover times
and 33 % higher capacity, the line sets new benchmarks in productivity.

Core unit of the machine is the 5-up punching and cutting unit which was completely redesigned. It is now equipped with a newly engineered cartridge system allowing to adjust the new format outside the machine. These pre-set units can then be exchanged easily in case of size changes. Together with a general redesign of numerous other working units, the changeover times of this line have now been reduced by up to 40 %. The new punching and cutting unit can also be retrofitted
for existing machines.

On drupa, the machine will be demonstrated with wire comb binding. The PLUS version of this well-proven product line can optionally also be equipped with a spiral binding unit, even later on. On A4 size, the line reaches now 50 % higher capacity: again a new benchmark with an output of 90 products per minute.

Flexibility isn't just bielomatik's drupa motto, rather it is now the focus of the entire paper and converting industry: Smaller order batches require shorter changeover times and variable use of the machinery for the production of the most varied orders.

The new cross cutter CFS 105 is a true "all-rounder" that can not only cut diverse sizes and grammages without leaving marks, but also above all the most varied materials: Carton, film and naturally also coated and uncoated paper. Also preprinted rolls can be cut according to printing register. The new development from bielomatik, which is based on decades of experience in the cross cutter area, can be integrated into current ERP and workflow management systems. The innovations in Düsseldorf also include the multi-layer laminating machine SpeedLiner T-165 for Smart labels. The CFS 105 stands out with its innovative technology and the extreme compact design. Due to the new Cross-Cutter, bielomatik set standards in the fields of operator convenience and flexibility.

All experience and knowledge of decades in mechanical engineering in paper converting have been integrated into the new machine design. The result is a patented overlapping
and piling system with the VACUSTOP®-Technology. The new air concept, which combines vacuum and hover techniques, guarantees a mark free delivery of each sheet for various materials e.g. fine and sensitive paper, board and foil.

For the cutting from a printed reel, the CFS 105 can be provided with a register package. Therefore it is an interesting alternative for the offline cutting in the packaging industry. Within the cooperation with the Danish company TRESU, an inline solution with a flexo printing machine is already intended.

Due to its small floor space requirement of 3 x 6 meter, the CFS 105 can be integrated easily into existing production environment. The compact design is based on the new delivery device, whereby the overlapping and transportation area can be kept extremely short. When cutting very long sheets, the beginning of the paper web is already located in the delivery area before the sheet has been cut. The maximum cutting length is 1200 mm with a maximum working web width of 1050 mm and cutting tolerances of +/- 0,3 mm Millimeter.

As a matter of course, the CFS 105 can be easily integrated and interactively connected to the existing ERP- Workflow-Management systems. The automatically process control and the short change over time lead to a high overall machine efficiency.

The paper and printing industry suffer under great cost and competition pressure due to the ongoing decreasing lot sizes as well as the increasing level of individualization. Therefore Mr. Dirk Voessing, General Manager of bielomatik paper division: “Our highly automated ‘compact allrounder’ offers the chance to react flexible on the future market demands of the converting industry.”

At drupa you can see the CFS 105 “live in production” 3 times a day. The monitoring of the CFS 105 via Smart-Phone will be also shown live at the booth A 6
in Hall 11.
