3D-Micromac AG, a leading supplier of customized laser micromachining systems, develops and manufactures highly efficient state of the art laser micromachining units for industry, research, and science. These systems are used, for example, for the production of photovoltaic, medical applications and printed electronics as well as the processing of semiconductors. Processes that can be realized with laser micromachining are micro drilling, signing, cutting, 2D and 3D structuring, and marking of various materials and thin films.

The machines of 3D-Micromac AG use the latest laser technology and can be produced as highly precise and efficient stand-alone-systems or integrated solutions for existing, fully automatic production lines.

microFLEX TM - Roll-to-Roll processing system for the digital fabrication of printed functionalities

3D-Micromac is presenting a complete processing line for the digital fabrication of flexible electronics. Besides the integration of laser processing, also printing and coating techniques, like engraving, Ink-Jet printing und Slot Die Coating can be offered. Thereby, the modular design allows for an individual adjustment of the system to the requirements and growth of the clients' companies as well as the markets.
