C.I. Flexo Press Introduction

XI’AN AEROSPACE-HUAYANG PRINTING & PACKAGING MACHINERY CO., LTD. is the subsidiary of CASC. Aimed at “transforming aerospace hi-tech advantage and elevating printing equipment technology”, Huayang adopts aerospace system integrated design and manufacturing platform; mass production of top level and high performance C.I. flexo press in China. Now it has 5 series products: “Booming” and “E-Film” series plastic film C.I. flexo press, “Sincerity” series carton preprinted C.I. flexo press. “E- Flying” and “E-BOSS” series paper C.I. flexo press.

After years of development, Huayang has already achieved mass production of C.I. flexo press, gathering national top design and innovation team, Huayang has already mastered the world advanced flexo press manufacturing technologies, such as electronic shaft drive, sleeve rapid change, memory auto pressure adjustment and positioning, bus order management, remote fault detection etc. the printing speed is up to 450m/min. “E-Film ” series breathable film C.I. flexo press technology has reached world advanced level, it can print the ultra-thin breathable PE film (thickness 15μ-25μ) with inline slitting.

To exploit the international market, Huayang greatly improved the machines’ stability and easy maintenance. Meanwhile, Huayang has got the ISO 9001 international quality assurance system approval; ensure the high quality for each set of machine. With CE certification, safe operation reached European standard.
