Machines on our stand at Drupa 2012

The ergonomically designed wide web 2CS flexo plate mounter with moving cameras mounted on precise linear motor drives has been further refined since being shown at K 2010 for the first time.

For customers who demand production standard proofs using all press parameters the Flexo Proof Press will be demonstrated on the stand. The model on show is fitted with servo drive controls and a large HMI touch screen with integrated Vision System.

The innovative and simple to use narrow web flexo mounting machine with flat table mounting is on show as are the latest designs of the narrow and medium web mounting machines with several changes to make operating the machines even simpler and faster.

For the post print corrugated market Heafords are exhibiting two machines. For in-the-round mounting and proofing there is the RCS or alternatively Heafords have on the stand a flat table mounter with a servo driven camera system.

Finally for the gravure market a Proof Press, the first machine type built by Heafords, with numerous innovations including an HMI touch screen input and several automated features.
