Vega European Folder gluer

According to the never ending aim of offering to his Customers always the top of the Technology, VEGA GROUP is pleased to inform you that during the next Drupa Exhibition, it will exhibit two new lines of folder gluers : the VEGA MIRA 82 and the VEGA POLARIS 110.

The VEGA MIRA 82 pharma will be equipped with the Braille module which allows to make the embossing directly in the folder gluer and in the MBA Module, ensuring the perfect alignment of the blank during the production processing. The machine will be also complete with the Braille embossing check, bar colour code reader, glue control for quantity of glue distributed and automatic ejector for the wrong boxes.

The VEGA POLARIS 110 expert folder gluer will be equipped with the 4/6 corners modules, the MBA module which guarantees, besides the perfect alignment of the different kind of boxes, also a quick and safe start-up of the machine. The machine will be complete with two squaring systems for crash lock bottom boxes: one positioned in the trombones section and the other positioned in the frontal part of the collector. The VEGA POLARIS 110 come with three cameras fit for checking the quantity and the lenght of the vinylic glue distributed by the High pressure guns.
