The Micromailer is a high speed vacuum assisted plow folding table with inline perforating and scoring. Standard items include a 20" friction feeder, 36" register section, inline perforation and scoring unit. Micromailer was designed to simplify the folding and gluing process for direct mail applications. The micromailer is available with options such as an inline remoistenable glue unit and a card feeding tipping unit for more complex mailers.

The microgluer is a family of small format folding and gluing machines designed to simplify and streamline the folding and gluing operation for mailing applications. Available in formats starting from basic half and letter fold, with or without glue, to more complex mailers that include remoistenable glue, Z fold and micro perforation. The micromailer features include dot, line or stitch pattens, patented output speed compensation, hot melt pump control output, product and batch counter and production rate meter.
