Recently company got ISO certified. The ISO describes requirements to the quality management. Certification is voluntary and testifies that a company carefully monitors the quality of its products and services and streamlines business processes.
While getting prepared the needed documentation was developed, organizational and managerial processes were analyzed. “It was a scrupulous work, but essential for us as a company which is actively developing at the international market, - says founder of SUN Vladislav Mirchev. – The result we’ve got is an independent evaluation confirming high competitiveness of the company, its ability to produce quality goods and services”.
The certification process took over a year. Both company and outsourced specialists were involved. A positive conclusion was received after an in-depth auditing and exams for managers.
Summarizing the work auditors noted the high level of services, production organization and workflow automation.
