Standardized process water

Sterilized and demineralised pure water is essential to the trouble-free, hygienic operation of an air humidification plant. In offset printing, the pure water produced for the air humidification process can additionally be used as standardised process water. Treated water protects the printing machines against corrosion and reduces operating costs: 1) Cuts the consumption of chemicals by up to 50%; 2) Prevents toning and blanking; 3) Enables alcohol-free printing.

Humidification: as fine as possible - as small as required

The NanoFog humidifier is the perfect system for all areas of application requiring microfine atomisation, low operating noise levels and an attractive design. The dimensions of the NanoFog Evolution have been cut down to the absolute minimum to ensure that its integration within the room is as discrete and inconspicuous as possible. Small rooms, low ceilings, low humidity requirements or sensitive production and work rooms - the NanoFog operates almost invisibly to create optimal humidity in the room.

Health and safety under control!

For smooth and 100% hygienic operation of the air humidifier, the DRAABE PerPur system produces pure water. Minerals and minute impurities are filtered out. Under the DRAABE full service package, the PerPur pure water system is replaced with a fully maintained and disinfected system every six months.  As the first supplier of systems for direct room humidification, DRAABE has been awarded the "Optimised air humidification" certificate. It is the world's only test mark awarded specifically for air humidification systems and covers the currently achievable hygiene and technology standard.

The power humidifier for ceiling mounting!

The high-power Turbofog 32 air humidification system is specially designed for high-ceilinged production and storage facilities. The high output of up to 32 kg of water per unit per hour makes the system highly cost-effective to buy and to run. A high-pressure pulsation system generates the necessary operating pressure of 85 bar. The air humidifiers are mounted on the ceiling and connected via flexible high-pressure tubes to the high-pressure station. The humidifiers are hydraulically operated, so there is no need for electrical control wiring. Installation is very quick, and can be completed without interrupting operations.

The wall-mounted air humidification system TurboFog 8 and TurboFog 16 offer highly flexible applications even in limited spaces. High humidification output combined with low energy consumption and limited equipment investment make the systems particularly cost-effective. The flexible choice of combinations with the TurboFog 4 (e.g. for offices) and the TurboFog 32 (ceiling mounted for high ceilings) guarantees individual solutions and optimum humidification.
