DocBridge FileCab steht für den unkomplizierten Dokumentenversand vom PC-Arbeitsplatz aus und bietet enorme Einsparpotenziale. Als neuer Eingangskanal für DocBridge Pilot versetzt DocBridge FileCab Unternehmen in die Lage, auch individuell erstellte Office-Dokumente in einem zentralen Sendungspool abzulegen. Die Vielzahl neuer Anwendungen, mit denen Dokumente erzeugt werden, überfordert häufig die gewachsene Infrastruktur: Diese Anwendungen laufen auf unterschiedlichen Plattformen und erzeugen Dokumente und Datenströme unterschiedlicher Formate, die sich nicht zusammenfassen lassen. Das E-Postbrief Modul bietet Ihrem Unternehmen eine einfache Anbindung an den E-Postbrief der Deutschen Post und stellt einen neuen Ausgabe- und Versandkanal für die Postzustellung in digi­taler Form dar.

Dabei integriert sich das E-Postbrief Modul nahtlos in DocBridge Pilot und prüft, welche Dokumente aus den Massensendungen als E-Postbrief versendet werden können.

Dokumente, die für den E-Postbrief Versand vorgesehen sind, werden als E-Postbrief konvertiert und es erfolgt die Sendungserstellung inkl. der erforderlichen Einlieferungsdateien für das Portal der Deutschen Post. Nach erfolgter Auslieferung der E-Postbriefe an die jeweiligen Portal-Postfächer nimmt das Modul die Rückmeldung der Deutschen Post mit den entsprechenden Zu­stellungsinformationen entgegen.

Die Rückmeldungen werden im Modul gespeichert und dokumentieren den Versand der E-Postbriefe.
