Full-Colour DOD Inkjet System

The Colour-Jet 72 has an extremely compact design with 72mm print-width. It was developed to be easily integrated into the customer’s existing production line. Colour-Jet 72 is as well available as stand-alone solution for a variety of applications for reel-to-reel and sheed-fed production in full-colour with single-pass. The System is suitable for UV curable inks and also available for solvent, oil or water based inks. 

Digital Printing in monochrome and full-color

Digi-Jet 1200 offers inkjet printing at very high resolution for full-colour and monochrome with up to 1200 dpi resolution. The system is based on DOD-Piezo technology from Kyocera. It is available as flexible integration solution, as press roll to roll and as sheed-fed printing system. The system offers a variety of different print head sizes from 108 mm to 782 mm ideal to print large colour images and complexe layouts.

S-Class Digital Printing

GT-Jet 64 is a very compact fully integrated head for wide-format imaging with 600 dpi resolution. The system is based on Spectra S-Class DOD-technology. It can be operated with UV-curable and solvent based inks. GT-Jet 64 can be used to print on a variety of different substrates like paper, coated paper, foils, plastic cards etc. The layout software supports electronic „Stitching“ for Multi-Head applications for large graphics or complex images.

GT-Jet SG is the latest generation of DOD Inkjet for addressing, mailing and coding. It is ideal for use in printing, bookbinding and lettershop. The L-Jet600 Thermo-Inkjet printing system combines speed and cost efficiency with never seen quality. L-Jet600 is based on Thermo-Inkjet technology with disposable cartridges. Prints variable data with high-resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and that at high speed! Digi Vision Output Control is a camera based complete solution with reader transport and ejection gates. Installed at the exit of an inserter or paper finishing machine it will control all kinds of mail pieces. Matching of any identified codification against a reference file. Doubles and faulty envelopes will be diverted through the ejection gates.

PD2000 Transport system for flat products specifically designed for the needs of DOD inkjet with UV curing. It comes with seperate conveyors for addressimg and curing. A wide-format vacuum belt assures smooth transport of the materials for perfect inkjet quality. The system is transportable on wheels and height adjustable for flexible use in line with folders, saddlestitchers and other finishing machines.
