Toppy Twister 1000 AJ is a stationary pile turner, designed to turn, blow and vibrate pallets of paper or cardboard up to a maximum weight of 1000 kg and with maximum size 80 x 112 cm. The result is a perfect alignment of any single paper / cardboard sheet.

This pile turner is supplied with a push-button panel (PLC) enabling to choose the most proper working cicle, according to the kind of pallet. The pallet is raised upright, rotated by 90 degrees – in this position takes place the operation of cleaning and aligning – rotated by further 90 degrees and placed back to the ground, upside down.

Toppy Twister 1600 is a stationary pile turner, designed to turn and move pallets of paper, cardboard and other material up to a maximum weight of 1500 kg and with maximum size 125 x 165 cm.

Thanks to a push-button panel close to the pile turner, any operation can be carried out manually. The “pile turner” cycle lets the pallet be raised upright, rotated by 180 degrees and finally placed back to the ground, upside down.

Toppy Twister 1600 AJ “manual” is provided with linear guides for the lowering of the forks.

Toppy Advance es una carretilla móvil a tracción electrica de última generacion, proyectada para girar y mover pallets de papel o cartón hasta un peso máximo de 1000 kgs.

Toppy Advance tiene la función de recoger el pallet a la salida de la máquina de imprimir, voltear inmediatamente ( sin ninguna contraindicación, por cuanto utiliza un sistema de rotación ideal para voltear las hojas aún frescas de tinta sin ninguna presión, evitando asi el repinte) y transportar el pallet a la entrada de la máquina. Toppy Advance ha sido proyectado para voltear pallets de papel o cartón en formato mínimo de 50x70 cm. Y un formato máximo de 76x106 cm.
