Executive Series (ES) products are NOT eligible for the three year warranty. Please contact your Executive Series supplier for further information.
MX Line Printers are not eligible for the three year warranty but have a one year on-site warranty.

Please note that the free 3 year warranty only applies if the product has been registered online within 30 days of purchase. Without registration, the standard 1 year warranty period applies. The warranty extension becomes invalid if non-OKI Original consumables are being used.

Should you experience a problem with your OKI product, simply call our technical support team on 01753 819 800 ensuring that you have the model and serial number of the machine to hand. If we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will arrange for a service engineer to make an on-site visit to you to resolve the problem.

The ES3640a3 offers extreme flexibility in terms of paper size and weight, printing A6 to A3 Wide (SRA3) and up to 1200mm banners, on 64 to 300gsm stock. The heavier papers are perfect for document covers, packaging or other print items.

Everything about the ES3640a3 is designed to maximise productivity and smooth the workflow. If offers A4 print speeds up to 36 pages per minute (ppm) for colour, 40ppm for mono.

The ES3640a3 printer has the necessary controls in place to monitor usage and restrict colour work in order to save costs and has enhanced security features to safeguard restricted data and prevent unauthorised access.
