drupa visitors will be able to see innovations and improvements of galvanic processes in the areas of electroplating, copper/chrome/zinc plating, aluminum pretreatment, post-treatment for laser engraving and embossing.

Systems and devices specially designed for gravure cylinders are a must.

At drupa K.Walter will be presenting its highly innovative measurement system, the Quality Control Station. This fully automated machine measures all relevant cylinder parameters including diameter, engravability, imperfections in unengraved copper cylinders etc.. The system seamlessly generates objective data and documentation. The Quality Control Station can be integrated in AutoCon lines.

Under the motto „Made to measure“ K.Walter has updated its entire portfolio of measurement devices for gravure cylinders. Instruments like HelioMet (engravability measurement), VideoMet (cell analysis), DuroMet (hardness measurement) etc. can be tested at the booth.

As a specialist for process technology K.Walter also offers a wide range of chemicals and consumables for rotogravure processing equipment such as products for the fields of plating, etching, correction and surface treatment. Process chemicals, stones, filters, polishing films are optimally adapted to the various processes.
