Corrugated Board Gluing System

The Corrutack-System is a service-friendly cold glue applicator

system for gluing the flaps of folding cartons on a „Flexo Folder Gluer“ or „Inline“ machine in the corrugated industry.

The system is suitable to glue on the operating and/or drive side of the machine. The gluing stations can also be installed on both sides for optional availability.

The system is featuring interfaces for the connection of higher-ranking machine controls and outputs for the recording of factory data and the identification and marking of nonconforming cartons.

The PUR units are melting and pumping reactive one component polyurethane (PUR-hotmelts). These are moisture curing and thus the entire system has to be sealed and airtight accordingly.

MOD Technologie

The newest Generation is equipped with the "Melting On Demand Technology" with a cooled melting grill. This provides the most gentle way of processing PUR hotmelts. The remaining PUR-Block is protected from the strains of heating and always "fresh", thermally undamaged hotmelt is processed. MOD is featuring the following advantages:

The electromechanical applicator heads SpeedStar™ for hotmelts set new benchmarks as regards speed, useful life, application temperatures and dimensions. Extremely short switching cycles permit to achieve small and precise dots of adhesive in fast processes.

The CartoGlue LP™ system applies water based cold glue by means of contactless application in folding carton machines from low up to high performance demands.

The gradated model series of CartoGlue LP™ A, B, C gives you the choice of tailor-made and most cost efficient solutions according to your specific needs. The system design is modular and extendable. The system consists of a feeding device, glue-distribution,-verification, application, pattern control and optional glue verification.
