The Matti Technology “Modular Compact Runnar” model MCR1000 is an extremely versatile Web Transport System designed to accept “Variable Data Print Heads”. As a modular system the unit can be configured for 1 and 2-up documents, for simplex or duplex printing applications. The systems can incorporate up to 16 wide format print heads including high performance dryers with fully automatic controls. The web is driven by servo motors which ensure’s the system accelerates smoothly whilst maintaining accurate web tension.

The Xerox

® CiPress™ 500 Production Inkjet System offers you a distinctive combination of flexible low-cost plain paper options, unique patented waterless inks, rugged piezo print head technology and an innovative print process.

This new generation of Unwinders and Rewinders can be connected online to any host digital printer or other continuous device, winding all types of high volume and high speed documents. Reels up to 52“ (1320mm) in diameter and 20.5” (520mm) wide allow long time continuous operation.

Mounted on wheels for ease of use, mobility and user friendly Operation. Reversible direction winding with tensionless input/output allow the units to respond to web demand at any speed up to 325ftm (100m/min); optionally up to 500ftm (150m/min). Only low power supply from the plug is needed to run the units.

The control system features adjustable taper tension and variable tension settings which allow even very difficult stocks to be handled. The units are available as left handed or right handed versions tailor made to your host system.

This new format variable all over UV Varnishing unit can be connected inline to any host digital printer or other continuous device, varnishing various types of substrates up to 150 m/min (500 ft/min) and for web width up to 20.5” (520mm) or for single sheet applications. Simply put, this is a UV seal applied over the printed surface. A gloss UV varnish seal is the most common type of all-over UV varnish, (perhaps because this finish really does give a very high gloss effect, more so than with a laminate in many cases) although silk and matt are also available.

The CoronaRunnar with integrated high voltage transformer can be used for single side corona treatment for conductive and non conductive substrates. Its process improves Adhesive power and print ability to various substrates. It can be mounted to any host digital printer or other continuous device up to 150 m/min and for web width up to 20.5” (520mm).

The Matti Orion Dynamic Perforating Unit can be connected on-line with host digital printers or ther ontinuous devices, capable of producing custom perforating patterns or horizontal and vertical perforation lines. Simple in use, resilient and reliable guarantees continuous operation of any device with minimal or no operator intervention. The document depth is programmable making the unit ideally suited for producing itemised bills with tear off stubs or customised patterned perforations, the documents depths can be varied from 11” to 14” all controlled via the operator touch screen.
