In contrast to conventional foam adhesive tapes with a laminated PET film, our DuploFLEX® 5 range features a double-sided flexible PE film layer. It sees that the forces applied to the compressible foam are cushioned, resulting in no uncontrolled dot gain and an excellent printed image, even at high printing speeds.

Quality leap 1: flexible film layer on both sides

In contrast to conventional foam adhesive tapes with a laminated PET film, the DuploFLEX® HP 5 range features the same double-sided flexible PE film layer common across all products from the DuploFLEX® 5 range. This has the effect of perfectly cushioning the forces acting on the compressible foam. Consequently, uncontrolled dot gain is prevented and an excellent printed image is achieved, even at high speeds.

High quality polymer foam with incredibly uniform cell structures and relatively small cell sizes is what truly distinguishes DuploFLEX® HP 5 from other printing plate tapes.
