The fully automatic US-2000 PIC-CB-A can directly be integrated into your production line. The infeed conveyor takes over your products and transports them in the pin conveyor. This synchronizes itself automatically with the feeder and the infeed conveyor can be adjusted to the previous machine. The feeder spends the supplement automatically onto the product. The products will be pushed out automatically of the US-2000 PIC-CB-A after the edge-protection banding.

The US-2000 FAB-A can be attached to folding machines of all manufacturer. The variable infeed height from 350 up to 1‘050 mm allows a connection behind manifold pocket folding machine or knife folder module. The pre-stacker provides a continuous operation of the folding machine. The format adjustments from one-up, two-up and three-up production is very easy and can be realised within few minutes. All kind of format from A6 to A4 can be worked off. Depending on the product the machine processes up to 200 m/min. It is possible to band up to 30 stacks/min. The machine can work with or without banding.

Automatic banding of label stacks.

With the easy operation on the touch screen, the operator selects the number of stacks and bandings. After activating the machine with 2-hands, the label stack get inserted and banded. The DCP 2000 V5 digital control unit allows a comfortable handling with product guidance in the infeed.

This transit machine with an extra long conveyor is specially suitable for long products.

The US-2000 TRS-L banding machine with an extra long conveyor transfers the product-stacks (one- or two-up) of the upstream-machine and pushes the stacks till the product stopper. Before banding, the stacks will be pressed and centred on all sides.

Due to the long conveyor also long products and high stacks can get processed without any interruption. The lateral guidance will be adjusted to the product width by the measurement stick.
