EUROCUTTER SP2 Line – the next generation

The new EUROCUTTER SP2 high speed cutting machine series will be officially introduced and shown at drupa. This new development step of the EUROCUTTER cutting machine series will set new standards for the process of cutting.
Quality and safety as main focus.
As usual EUROCUTTER cutting machines will come with a wide range of standard features, leaving little to be desired. Even the small things that make work easier are considered. Order sheet holders, drawers and a cutting stick ejector are standard. The latter will speed up the entire knife change procedure and shorten idle time.
Through a high, vertical range of manufacturing and the use of proven and tested components from world-wide recognized technological leaders, the EUROCUTTER SP2 cutting machine series is set up for quality and safety. The new SP2 series is synonym for sturdy, high-performance and long-lasting with a compact, buckling resistant machine frame and the use of high precision parts for back gauge positioning, knife drive and guides.
Machine main tables as well as side tables are serially made from cast iron, hard chromium plated. This does not only apply for the standard models but also for side tables in special sizes.
High clamping heights, fast back gauge speeds and a simple and fast knife change guarantee efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Using a both sided linear back gauge guidance and high precision ball screw, the cutting machines achieve a very high cutting accuracy.
Another premiere is the all new 18.5’’ full touch screen monitor in format 16:9. This monitor will complement the existing range of display and monitor variants. Special attention is paid to simple operating and programming even of complex cutting processes. This is an attribute common of all EUROCUTTER control systems.
Through an advanced control mechanism, the new automatic waste removal TrimCut will push even the tiniest paper chips down the table gap. From there a conveyor belt will transport the waste to the desired location.

Another highlight will be the already successfully introduced three knife trimmer EUROCUTTER TM 28 TKT. The newest, further improved version of this economic off-line trimmer can be seen in hall 13, booth A 69.

Increase of productivity by stable and fast trimming. The Offline-Three Knife Trimmer is usable for customers who cut books, brochures, magazines and newspapers in different formats and variable heights. Easy to use, short change over times to all kind of cutting sizes and materials.

GS & ET Certificate: The EUROCUTTER Three Knife Trimmer TM 28 TKT is registered at the German Government Safety Organization - Print & Paper (BG Druck & Papier) under identification number DP 10108. It is proved and tested as a safe machine.
