A unique grain sorting and the character of the powder grains support easy and dependable handling. Anti set-off powder of the K4 range is inert to normal humidity. It is stable in storage. It is neither soluble in water nor in alcohol.

With its high specific weight K4 is extremely dust depleted and economical in application. The dust accumulation in the delivery and around the printing press can be minimised. Anti set off-powder of the K4 range is not hygroscopic and not sensitive to static charges. It can be sprayed evenly and without big turbulence. This supports a good and exact stack formation.

By using complex special procedures particular surface properties such as optimum feeling of its smooth grain surface and excellent gliding characteristics are achieved. Anti set-off powders of the K4plus range are insensitive against ordinary humidity and are neither soluble in water nor in alcohol.

Due to its high specific gravity K4plus is especially dust depleted and economical in application. The formation of dust in the delivery and around the press can be reduced to a minimum. Anti set-off powders of the K4plus range can be sprayed very regularly, are not hygroscopic and not sensitive to static charges.

Anti set-off powder L3

Anti set-off powder of the L3 range are dry and water-soluble products with special properties. Produced of a natural sugar derivate, they have a rounded particle shape with crystalline structure and soft grain.

By its water-soluble property the anti set-off powder L3 is particularly suitable for further processing. L3 is the ideal product for multi pass printing. At the further printing pass the powder will go into solution by the remaining moisture on the rubber blanket. The built-up on the rubber blanket will be reduced which results in higher machine run resp. production output.

The anti set-off powder L3 is not hygroscopic and will not go into solution by ordinary humidity.

The regular particle size distribution and the character of the powder particles support easy and reliable handling. Anti set-off powders of the S5 range are insensitive against ordinary humidity. They are stable in storage. They are neither soluble in water nor in alcohol.

Anti set-off powder of the S5WL range are organic vegetable based products made of native starch. The single particles have a round and soft shape. The single particles have a round and soft shape. The regular particle size distribution and the character of the powder particles support easy and reliable handling. The S5WL range is additionally surface treated by a special process to get a hydrophobic, water-repellent property. Hence S5WL powders are especially suitable for the finishing of prints with water-based varnishes. S5WL qualified for jobs with varnishing units as well as for powder spraying on water-based varnishes from the ink fountain.
