Simplicity, accuracy and repeatabilty is the key to the Iriflex.Standard manual cameras or the optional motorised ones ensure ”dot on dot” accuracy while the various options such as the plate laying table and plate lay down roller allow the flexo printer to achieve a higher degree of standardisation from cylinder to cylinder.

The Iriflex is available with the optional taper slide and proofing test that can cope with both geared and gearless flexographic presses.

Quick, versatile and accurate it's our narrow web plate mounter designed for the busy label and tape printer.

Fitted with high magnification manually displaced, they are linked to individual digital position indicators, allowing multiple plates to be laid without the need for extra cameras.

A 12”, split screen monitor allows for simultaneous control and registration of the micro-dots and/or cross hairs.

The plate mounting table allows large plates to be positioned in register prior attaching to the double sided tape, resulting in reduced damage to the polyester liner and a reduction in ‘introduced' air bubbles in the tape.

Available with a cantilevered sleeve change system (optional) and adjustable cones for shaftless printing cylinders.

The “off-line” version of the Taper Slide successfully used on our Iriflex and Irisleeve.

Permits the double-sided tape to be attached to sleeves and cylinders with constant tension, without air bubbles or creases, also enabling considerable timesaving when mounting.

Thanks to the cantilever sleeve change system it's possible to apply the double-sided tape on cylinder and sleeve.

Available in two tape widths: 600 mm (24”) and 920 mm (36”).
