Standard type wire unwinders

The robust and reliable design of the spool holders in the SPEEDLINER® system allows simple and quick handling of the wire spools. Two unwinders are delivered with the SPEEDLINER®. There is also an option to choose an unwinding Drum Top system instead. All components meet the highest quality standards are designed to last during the life time of the stitcher.
The electrical signal connector for each spool holder is mounted on the folder frame and allows quick and reliable connection of the spool holders to the overall stitcher system.
The wire in-feed mechanism is located under a gas spring loaded open able cover. The mechanism contains an inductive sensor for detecting “wire end” and a photocell to send constant information of the wire quantity on the wire spool. Disconnecting the wire tubes is easy with quick connectors.

Measuring half the size of a traditional ribbon stitcher, CompactStitch is designed to fit where there hasn’t been enough space for a stitcher before. It’s equipped with basic functionality which makes it extremely easy to operate. The compact and light-weight stitcher is placed under the former board. It’s only 45 kilos which makes it easy to insert and extract from the operation position for service and maintenance. Although CompactStitch is designed with basic functionality it uses the same proven and durable technology as Tolerans’ highly advanced SPEEDLINER stitching systems, ensuring a worryfree stitching process.
