Autotrans M
POLAR's Autotrans gripper-loading systems fetch the reams from buffer tables, automatic joggers, air pallet lifts, piling-board shelves, jogger systems or Transomat B units and transport them onto the high-speed cutter's rear table. They also transport reams from the rear table.
The POLAR Autotrans M gripper system is sustained by self-contained supports and allows to use the Autoturn turning gripper (option).

Autotrans MM
POLAR's Autotrans gripper-loading systems fetch the reams from buffer tables, automatic joggers, air-pallet lifts, piling-board shelves, jogger systems or Transomat B units and transport them onto the high-speed cutter´s rear table. They also transport reams from the rear table.
The POLAR Autotrans MM gripper-loading system is firmly mounted to the frame of the high-speed cutter. 

The POLAR sheet-counting scale is used for precisely measuring the amount of printed sheets, which makes it ideal for processing labels, packaging material or postcards. Since the counting is done directly in the jogger there is no additional operation or space necessary.

The POLAR Pressing Station presses intruded air out of prepared cutting material and forms compact reams. It is free accessible from three sides and can be integrated into the loading cycle onto the front or the rear table of the high-speed cutter.

POLAR Autojog AJR-7S
Fully-automated jogging system that precisely prepares cutting material in stacks outside the high-speed cutter, determines the quantity and marks the individual reams with chips.

POLAR Jogger RA-4
In addition to the technology of the automatic POLAR joggers R, the models RA are equipped with an air-removing roller, that presses the air from the cutting material once the jogging is completed (with manual unloading to the side).

POLAR Jogger RAH-4
The standard model for preparing the material to be cut in layers with automatic air removal and unloading to the rear into an STR piling-board shelf or onto a conveyor line. As an alternative the delivery can be performed manually over the tiltable gauges.

POLAR Stack lifts LW provides for ergonomic working at a user-friendly working height by automatic lifting and lowering of palletized cutting material. They are an ideal complement of POLAR High-Speed Cutters, i. e. to form a simple cutting system.

This machine is ideal for precisely die-cutting compressible plastic materials with counter pressure, e.g. OPP films for in-moulds.

Label stacks, die cut on a POLAR die cutter are transferred and banded in the POLAR single-head bander BD, either as stacks or logs (max. length of logs 500 mm / 19.69 inches). For automatic in-line banding of die-cut packs.

Fully automatic multi-station bander with automatic loading, positioned after Autocut/Autotrim M. For automatic in-line banding of square-cut packs.

POLAR LabelSystems SC are tailored to the production of square-cut labels. The components meant for jogging, label cutting, strip cutting and banding allow to automate the manufacturing to a large extent.

POLAR is offering stand-alone components and systems for small and medium-size runs, as well as in-line systems for efficiently finishing square-cut labels, such as revenue stamps, business cards, can labels etc., but never compromizes on quality.

turns the material both automatically and fast. The POLAR pile turner PW-4 needs no anchoring to the floor and can easily be taken to different locations of operation by means of a lift-truck. 

POLAR PW-4 ABV
ABV is the top-of-the-line model among POLAR's Pile Turners. These models provide also airing and aligning functions (by supplementary vibration). This improves the piling quality and is crucial for the subsequent production processes.
