"Mighty Image Additioner" proves to be effective in image addition on metal plates, silver master plates as well as electrostatic master plates.

Double-point pen has two characteristics in it, one with counter-etch solution and the other with lacquer, for image addition on negative and positive P.S. metal plates."New Image Additioner" proves to be especially effective in image addition on negative plates. Treatment with counter-etch solution makes the print running increase and highten stick of the lacquer to the surface as new oxide-coating is produced on the aluminum surfaces.

How to use
Wipe ink and gum off the area with water or solvents so that the metal surface is exposed.Apply "Image Additioner" after the plate surface becomes free from moisture.For better results, apply it gently.To increase the print volume, dry the treated areas thoroughly before start-ups.

Remove ink and gum from the area to be added with water or solvents, then apply four or five times with the pen-point (clear cap) cotained with counter-etch solution.Wipe it off with moistened cloth or sponge, and then apply the additioner (black cap) after the plate surface has been thoroughly dry.For better results, apply it gently.Make sure the treated areas are completely dry before start-ups.

Caution

Insufficient cleaning before application and dry after application weaken durability during the press running; hence careful cleaning and drying are required.For prevention of dry-up, be sure to close the cap tightly after use.Do not apply two or three times on the images. One application will suffice if above application is followed.
