The AKut is a multi-functional CNC processing center that integrates routers, vibration knife, Kiss heads, creasing tool is suitable for different kind of rigid materials used in digital printing world. Besides, Akut also combines with i-Cut CCD vision system provides the best solution for cutting after printing.

1.Equipped with a 11 HP (8.1 KW) high-speed liquid cooled router spindle with up to 40.000 RPM and an eight (8) position Automatic Tool Changer the AKut offers uncompromising finishing qualities.

2.he AKut comes standard with a 10 HP BECKER vacuum pump with 250 cbm/hour capacity. This table and pump combination will allow a wide range of flexibility in holding large and small work pieces for safe material processing.

3.Heavy duty base and gantry construction of the machine gives the AKut rigidity and allows for vibration free operation and clean cutting surfaces.

4.The AKut is equipped with Tool Length Measuring System (Tool Touch-off Device). This allows for accurate calibration of tool length.

7. Tool Touch off. The AKUT is equipped with Tool Length Measuring System (Too Touch-off Device). This allows for accurate calibration of tool length.

CoJet Plus-2612 takes full advantage of large-sized true flatbed and CNC flatbed technology. It is capable of printing high resolution graphics (up to 1440dpi) in color, white and translucent patterns. Vivid photographic images are easily printed on many materials and final clear coat can be applied to achieve flat or high gloss protective coating. Also, on-board RIP software supports all major graphic formats.

Because of flatbed type, precise printing on one big heavy piece or many small pieces for volume production is possible. The model will be used for not only sign & graphics but also for various industries to support on-demand production.

Main Features :
