Our newest developed patent product, Automatic Embossing Machine with metal plate, substitutes metal plate for traditional Embossing cylinder, which have plate making easier as well as price of plate more competitive.

The principle is we install metal pattern plate on the surface of printing cylinder, then have it heated and pressed to make the pattern shown on paper, making reflex agleam light and various patterns.

Without ink, the unique pattern pressed machine can print papers with special lines, such as logic light lines, art paper lines, etc. .

It is widely applied to cigarette case, wine case, food package and printed matter of cosmetics, medicines, hanged picture, calendar as well as advertisement.
