AccureX3 is the third generation of our successful thickness measurement system.
This system can be installed In-Line, so that thickness trend changes can be monitored in real-time by the traversing X-ray head. First the absorption coefficient is calculated from the master product, and then the relative thickness is measured by detecting the deviation of X-ray transmission. It can measure coating layers on adhesive tapes or coating layer on coated film.

Film, Metal foil, Adhesive tape, Nonwoven fabrics, Various Coated materials (coated layer thickness and total thickness), Lithium-ion Battery electrode materials.

EasyMax.GS has been developed as the ultimate print inspection system aimed at the most demanding applications while maintaining the simple operability of the EasyMax.MC of which we have delivered more than 1,300 units. No other manufacturer has more knowledge or experience in the field of 100% automatic inspection. We have redesigned and reconstructed the detection algorithm circuitry to push the boundaries of defect detection. The areas of improvement are most noticeable with Streaks, Contrast and Hue Differences. Other new features include Automatic Print Pattern Synchronization, Repeat Length Correction, Selectable Regions of Interest and Density Monitoring to provide improved stable inspection. EasyMax.GS is for the High-End printer who needs to maximize production efficiency while eliminating customer complaints. Defects are displayed on a monitor showing full web view of the complete repeat, allowing the operator to determine the exact location of the fault. At the same time a close up image of the defect is displayed and its location logged in the Roll Map for immediate print out and the end of each roll. To further automate the inspection process edited roll data can be downloaded to a Rewinder or Slitter. Automatically stopping at each defect allowing removal of the identified waste material.
For speeds up to 1,000 m/min or more. The high speed cameras can generate up to 100 defect pictures (jpg) per second. While the inspection system is running operators can look at previous rolls (past data) and print out defect reports or defect pictures. EasyMax.GS can automatically label defects, send out alarm and print out the defect picture of the flaw.

LED

Our LED light is by Futec. HBLF stands for High Brightness LED Lighting of FUTEC. The lifetime is more than 50,000 hours. The light has high brightness but low energy consumption. No external cooling is needed. The light is IP51 protected. This makes the use of our high bright LED light very easy for machine operators and maintenance staff.

Labeller

Futec offers the labeller as on option. It marks defect with high accuracy. At 350 m/min the accuracy is +/- 40 mm. It is very easy to remove marked defects at the next step of the production. EasyMax.GS and MaxEye.Impact have outputs for two labellers. For higher speeds above 500 m/min we are offering a high speed labeller. Our customers are using our labellers at 600 m/min.

A quality control system where performance and high levels of classification are required. Applications Film, Paper, Nonewoven Fabrics, Metal, Various coated films. Features Using highly sensitive and various speed cameras selecting from 40MHz, 80MHz or 160MHz for the different inspection target, wide range of inspection is realized. Defects are sorted into 120 defect categories. Up to 300 defect pictures are generated per second by using our high speed hardware. Futec is using LED as standard for light for surface inspection – other light sources are available.
