High Performance and Low Cost Digital Printing System

Founder’s EagleJet P5000/P5200 digital printing system utilizes state-of-the-art drop-on-demand Piezoelectric inkjet head with speed up to 75 meter per minute or 2020 A4 pages per minutes on color mode, and 150 meters per minute or 4040 pages per minutes on black-and-white mode, resolution up to 600*600 DPI with highest of 1200*1200 DPI. With continuous mode, media size can reach 474mm full page, 220mm half page. The water based ink or dye ink can image clearing on normal paper range from 40g to 165g or special ink paper. The system can handle the demand of up to 88M A4 pages printing per month with quality of the output matches the traditional printing. At the same time, the cost per page of short run printing is much lower than laser digital printing; even the long run cost per page is getting close to traditional printing.
