Fast Book can be equipped with the automatic pre-loader for piles AUTOLOAD, to improve the speed performances and simplify the feeding operation. AUTOLOAD have been studied to be manually fed from an operator or to receive product in line from un upstream machine. AUTOLOAD is available in the “stand-alone” version to feed hoppers of existing machines.

This new palletizer is conceived to be connected on high speed line, in fact it is able to suppl 35/40 piles/minute. The experience gained with over 100 Pluton sold worldwide, ensure Super Pluton to preserve the delicacy in handling books during each step of the palletizing even with so high performance. Empty pallet’s magazine able to store up to 15 pallets gets a long self-sufficiency to the machine without garrison of an operator.
