Gans Ink & Supply Co. is the largest American manufacturer of sublimation inks for all commercial printing applications, including offset lithography, silk-screen, flexography and rotogravure.

For INKJET applications, Gans Ink has created a DIGITAL to OFFSET PROOFING SYSTEM, the only system of its kind. This proprietary TURNKEY PROOFING SOLUTION is only available through Gans Ink. Utilizing a matched-dye set of inkjet and offset inks, along with proprietary software and algorithm techniques, high volume printers can now expect near perfect matches of proof to final production run on the first pull. The return on investment is virtually immediate in cost savings on plates, ink and presstime.

Sublimation inks are designed to apply a mirror image onto paper for transfer to the final substrate. The prints are transferred via heat and pressure onto most polyester or synthetic materials, such at cloth, ceramic, vinyl, plastic, etc.

Gans has also developed UV curable ink systems for both hot and cold laminating processes for mouse pad, gift, and key card printers.
