This machine adopts latest Rexrtoh-Bosch (Germany) servo and control system, include: unwinder, web-guider, lamination, register die-cutter, slitter and dual rewinder.

The register die-cutting system is our patented product, it can be full rotary or semi-rotary die-cutter according to the production requirement.

When ZM-320 runs in semi-rotary mode, the tension among unwinder, web-guider and rewinder will be the same (different from traditional intermittent type), the material will not run away during the die-cut.

Semi-rotary die-cutting unit adopts one big magnetic cylinder, if you have different applications, the only job is to change the flexible die.

If the job is large quantity, then you can choose full rotary die-cutting mode(even in full rotary die-cutting mode, the registration is available and perfect), it will highly increase the die-cutting output.

DK-320 auto slitting machine is special for narrow web materials. It has the function of automatic meter counting, label counting (Sick brand,Germany) and preset stopping. The web guiding is controlled by photoelectric eye (Kontec,Taiwan).
