This varnish was developed in response to the growing demand for elegant, extra matt coatings. The solventfree UV varnish by Schmid Rhyner meets the highest quality requirements in terms of maximum mattness level and constancy for uniform, homogeneous matt effects. It also stands out by its excellent adhesion to printing inks, enabling even difficult ink systems and various plastic films to be coated with excellent results. The varnish is suitable for offset coating units, flexo units and coating machines.

Improved handling
Thanks to a constant viscosity during processing, good pumpability and a high temperature tolerance, the WESSCO® 36.245.15 is very easy to handle. The varnish does not thicken during processing and can be stirred quite easily. Processing reliability rises.

The varnish adheres well to printing inks and various plastic films, reducing waste and other nonconformity costs. The good slippage and abrasion resistance guarantee trouble-free print converting, thereby increasing process reliability.
