It has been created as an evolution of the VIS-G25 , which has been modified in order to improve the flow of the glue, that we need to control, considering also all the possible inconveniences.
The measuring chambers and the spherical element which read them have been increased , by means of a management software.
The washing system has been improved by an intensive cycle and by inserting a fourth pneumatic valve which adds atomised solvent in the circuit.
The functioning principle follows the VIS-G25, it calculates the speed of fall of a body in the liquid, keeping constant the viscosity.
The detector, located in danger zone, gets some glue which goes from the pump towards the basin.
Due to the absence of moving bodies and the innovative self-washing device, at the end of the work intervention or maintenance by the operator is not needed.
In fact the cleaning of the entrance and exit of the glue is carried out in automatic mode by pressing just one key and with the 3 valves closed , so that the solvent stays in the detector avoiding dried glue when the machine is not working.

The VIS-G26 is a microprocessor controller for the regulation of the viscosity of the ink. The viscosity measurement is possible through a vibration sensor immersed in the analyzed liquid, without moving parts.

It’s installed in series to the outlet; it emits a frequency which, in contact with the liquid is changed.

From the analysis the control elaborates the viscosity in seconds (cup ZAHN, FORD, …) and through the management of the solvent valve keeps the value according to the reference. The cleaning of the viscometer is made at the end of the job, while washing the inking circuit.
