Alygn register control system from EcoAxis uses state of the art technology to maintain colour registration for gravure and in-line flexo printing with consistent quality. It also provides online and offline information related to not only the print registration but also the printing process for analysis and improvement, thus making it more accurate, efficient and productive.

Alygn not only provides all conventional features, but also has several unique and innovative features that makes printing easier, faster, precise, consistent and maintenance free.

There are two models of Alygn - Alygn-Roto Pro and Alygn-Roto.

EcoAxis has designed, developed and launched their Machine to Machine (M2M) technology based Remote Performance Management Solution (RPMS) branded as SUPERaxisTM for monitoring of discrete/ utility equipment and plants/ facilities, energy management and environment monitoring.

The SUPERaxisTM framework enables data acquisition from the plant/ equipment control system, or directly from the sensors, data logging, and transmission to a local/ remote server. This data can be acquired from disparate equipment within a plant or facility, or from an equipment installed base across the globe, or from multiple plants/ facilities. The SUPERaxisTM server based software suite consists of a number of software modules which enables local or remote monitoring.
