Sprintech 90 Sheet Cheque Personalisation System

The Inotech Sprintech 90 Cheque Sheet Personalisation system combines reliable non-impact technology with proven Micr impact technology to provide the versatile cheque production of complete folio format cheque books, with front and back covers ready for the finishing process.

The system has six input feeder trays in which the various inserts, cheque covers are inserted and under computer control, these documents are fed into the correct sequence for the required cheque book make up. The output of the system is a fully collated set of folio cheques and inserts with front and back covers ready to be finished with stapling and taping.

Paper sizes are variable between 100mm x 140mm to 330mm x 458mm

For normal cheque production, the text personalisation details are printed by the non impact engine at a resolution of 600dpi after which each sheet passes into the Micr print station where the appropriate Micr codeline is printed using a computer controlled impact print unit.

A barcode verification unit is fitted to ensure correct synchronisation of text and Micr codeline information.

The system is controlled by Windows based Pres software and controls the printing of the variable text data and Micr encoding for each document and the sequence of documents from the data input.

The system is extremely versatile and allows many different formats of cheque books to be pre-collated prior to the personalisation process and delivered to the output tray ready to be stapled, taped and cut into single booklets.

Inotech LVT System

The Inotech LVT-L Series Tandem Micr Personalisation System provides a complete solution for the Micr encoding and text personalisation of continuous forms cheques using the combination of well proven impact and non impact technologies.

Variable fonts, logos and barcodes are first printed on the continuous forms laser printer and then passed into the Inotech IMP Micr encoder for the corresponding Micr code line to be printed under the control of Windows based software.

The LVT-L system can fully personalise more than 5,000 x 3 inch cheques per hour.

The LVT-I  system can also be supplied with an impact line matrix printer for the Micr encoding and personalisation of multipart sets.

 Inotech HVT-120 and HVT-260 Systems

The Inotech HVT-120  System utilises both impact and non impact technology and  can fully personalise  more 20,000 x 3 inch continuous cheques per hour whereas the Inotech HVT-260 can produce more than 44,000 x 3 inch fully personalised cheques per hour.

Inotech HS/HSS Series Continuous High Speed Micr Encoders
