Two remarkable Vacuum Folders, handling different web materials, producing various folds and making many sizes.

SF-13 covers a size range of 230-330 mms. (9"-13"), SF-17 of 340-430 mms. (13.1/2" - 17"). Both offering enormous operational flexibility by allowing a complete size change to be achieved in under 30 minutes. Further, the vacuum system produces unmarked folds, and the rotary shear cutoff gives a consistent quality product. Outputs: SF-13 = 400-600 pcs./min.
SF-17 = 200-400 pcs./min. The rotary embosser is chrome-plated and quickly exchangeable. Choose from hundreds of embossing patterns, it's all included.

For toilet paper, handtowel and kitchentowel rolls. Of tissue paper or semi-crepe. 6 perforators per circumference. Perforating length + pitch as per request. Automatic process. 1.650 - 2.500 mms. operating width. 6 logs per minute, abt. 30 - 100.000 rolls per shift. The LM-5 may work in line with Logsaw Operation LM-3.

Its rugged design withstands rough treatment and the machines are not sensitive to raw material tolerances. Single-ply and multi-ply tissue paper can be converted, as well as semi-crepe and certain nonwovens.

Complete package comprising of Log Perforator/Rewinder LM-4, Spiral Core Winder LM-8 and Bandsaw Operation LM-1. Three operating widths to choose from: 1.250 mms. (49"), 1.650 mms. (65") and 1.850 mms. (73").
Outputs: 2 logs/minute, 10-15,000 rolls per 8 hrs. shift.
