The mechanical engraved embossing tools are available in solid, segmented execution or with the patented Quick Change System.
Segmented tools offer the advantage of easily replacing damaged segments. Our "dead-fit" technology allows operators to change segments quickly and without adjustment.The base cylinder can also be designed with a pocket for each carton panel, thus offering the flexibility to emboss any or all panels. In addition, the segments are hardened and have a life time more than double of conventional embossing cylinders.

The Quick Change System brings maximum flexibility with minimum cost. Large embossed segments can easily be changed on the same base cylinder by means of a quick lock system. This allows a wide range of different embossings within the same family (format) of cartons with one single base cylinder.
