Heights Aztec Processors have set new standards in the processing of CTP newspaper plates, with many new features that give users even better performance, linked with unique features such as “Optional On-board Spares”. The HEIGHTS range of Dryers are all six drawer high velocity units which offer fast and uniform plate drying performance as well as providing maximum installation flexibility in a compact form. Tangential blowers allow a permanent airflow to optimize the drying process.

The HEIGHTS 5280 ETL is part of a new range of flexographic plate exposing products and represents the latest in flat-bed plate exposure technology for photopolymer plates up to 1320 x 2030mm. It uses an automatic top-lift double-sided system with vacuum overlay sheet and dry vacuum pump, and a new generation of electronic ballasts, which feature double lamp life compared to conventional ballasts. Robust with an intelligent user interface for easy control, the HEIGHTS 5280 ETL is the quality option for flatbed flexographic plate exposure.
