This rotary press was created in 1.980 to respond to the rising demand in the sector dedicated to printing forms in continuous paper.

The rotary RK-200 is one of the best known narrow web printing presses in the market of continuous forms manufacturers. More than 800 presses in the 5 continents demonstrate so. Some of these are still operative after 30 years of production.

Along the years this press has incorporated better technologies on the electronic level (totally new electronic equipment from the latest technologies) as well as in the mechanics of the printing units (a more complete ink battery and the possibility horizontal web passage), as well as reinforced printing cassettes new generation, new generation unwinder and rewinder with 1.27 m. diameter; allowing thus multicolor printing and the optional incorporation of UV dryer.

The wide range of options that have been incorporated during these years such as the sheeter, flexographic printing, die cutting unit, UV dryer, automatic color, circumferential motorized register, extended its range of products, without loosing in simplicity nor in its original operative efficiency.

The Perfect press is a rotary with variable format which is ideal for high quality offset printing.

Its mechanic production speed going up to 350 m/min., its sturdiness and reliability, along with its great inking capacity, swift set up, automatic positioning to zero, remotely controlled longitudinal register and register precision, make it absolutely ideal for medium and large print runs, turning it into the rotary press of its range that displays the best quality / productivity performances of the market.

Its modular system allows a set up adapted to the various products to realize, since a wide range of options is available, such as flexographic printing units, dry offset units, numbering units, die cutting units, unraveling units (adhesives labels), ink-jet systems for variable data, etc.

In addition, it offers the possibility to integrate automatic register controlling systems, motorized inkwell, clutch, motorization and automatic cleaning of the batteries, UV drying systems, ink mixers, cold rollers (essential for jobs on film), artificial vision systems (video scanner), etc. All these assets allow working a very wide range of products and substrate.

The Perfect rotary press provides the opportunity to finish the products in three different presentations:

Perfectly executed rolls, even with intermediate perforations, thanks to its special progressive rewinder, up to diameter 1.270 mm..

Folding, since it enjoys a high-performance folder for low grammage papers, with a removable exit table and a conveyor belt.

Cut sheet finish, for the delivery of formats, into special DIN-A4 allowing further personalization with laser impression.

Offset printing with removable sleeves is a technology allowing jobs in various offset formats. The sleeve technology makes the format change easy just by removing the plaque and rubber sleeves, thus avoiding paper break. Not only is it easier and quicker, it is also a more economic way to print in various formats. With this new technology, only two light sleeves have to be changed. The sleeve technology, which greatly contributed to the development of flexo printing, is today a reality of the offset world. One the main advantage of the Universal, not mentioning the flexibility of format change and the swiftness of job change, is the inferior cost of the plaques compared to the cost of cliché in flexo and of the roller in gravure. Moreover, the printing quality of the Universal is similar to the one obtained with gravure printing. Thanks to low production costs and fast delivery of the sleeves, short print runs too are more profitable. Its very short manufacturing time of any new type of format allows a huge flexibility. The ergonomic design and the use of light sleeves on the Universal make extremely quick job changes possible. The Universal press offers a complete solution for the different applications, thanks to the development of a new EB dryer which produces very few odors. The press is particularly suitable for manufacturers of flexible packaging and high quality labels. The concept of a hybrid printing press allows the Universal a great functionality and a wide operating field, as well as an easy utilization and a perfect ergonomics.
