Atlas is introducing the next generation of more compact slitting & rewinding solutions in web widths from 2.5 to 10.4 metres (98 – 410 ins.).

The new Atlas CW3600 secondary film slitter and Atlas CW1040 primary film slitter are part of a new technology platform which delivers higher efficiency, more productivity, higher quality rewind reels, reduced noise levels and more effective operator control systems.

New features include wireless rewind arm positioning, direct drive web path rollers with running speeds up to 1,200 m/min. for the CW3600 slitter and 1,500 m/min. for the CW1040. Web widths range from 2500 to 3600 mm for the CW3600 and from 8200 to 10400 mm for the CW1040 Series.  This new technology platform also provides a more environmentally friendly slitting solution.
