The LEONARDO® Sleeve consists of a fibreglass core onto which a mono-component polyurethane is extruded. This polyurethane has slightly compressible properties. The precision ground surface is achieved using high specification computerised grinding machines. The surface finish of the blanket sleeve is continuously monitored by cameras during the grinding process and therefore a very high and consistent quality standard is guaranteed.
