Automatic gluing and mounting machine

Roby One using the true and tested gluing system, is equipped with a special designed air feeder carriage system, which from a high pile feeder picks up the material to be glued, transports it into the gluing area, and places it on the other substrate located on the register board, within a very tight tolerance, pressing it lightly to assure a perfect glueing

Roby One can glue and mounts paper, boards, tissues, plastic materials etc... and can produce a wide variety of products, one piece cover loose leaf, three or more pieces covers, game boards, labels or photos on covers, display easels, photo albums and much more…..

The specially designed feeder system allows one to work with square and even shaped sheets, bigger or smaller than the material to be glued with.

The option to use cold or hot glue makes the ROBY One very versatile towards the different working needs: the structure and the mechanism together with the PLC, make the machine scheme changeable.

Therefore on the delivery end of the machine one can add supplementary options such as an automatic board feeder, a slipcase attachment, a 3 piece board feeder for book covers or swatch sample books.

Upon special request our Research & Development department can custom design the Roby One to suite to our customers special applications and needs.

The Mephisto machine is a casemaker characterised by a flexible structure which resembles the Roby Junior 2.

The basic version of the machine is composed of the vacuum table, to avoid that the paper moves while working, the manual cardboard positioner, to put the cardboard at register, and the automatic wrapping unit.

To this basic version the customer can add several options: the gluing unit for hot and cold glue, the corner cutter, the automatic corner closing, the roller press and the photobook device;
This leads to the creation of an all-in-one economical machine able to execute all operations to produce hard covers.

It is perfect for those customers who are interested in starting producing their own covers or who already have a manual short run production.
