The 90 Degrees Transfer Conveyor CT is designed to change the orientation of the folder gluer box shingle, 90 degrees to the left or right, to orient the boxes for packing into the corrugated cases. The CT conveyor can be used with the ERGOSA™ and VIRTUO™ packers or any other packing stations. It’s synchronization speed control allows for interruptions in the product shingle and is ideal for turning different types of boxes from small to very large.

The Carton Turner IN 1.6 allows 90 degree rotation of small to medium size straight line boxes on the folder gluer compression belt. It is reversible for left or right rotation, depending on the required packing specification in the case.

The Carton Turner IN 2.3 can rotate all types of cartons 90 degrees to the left or right depending on the desired packing specification. It also allow straight through passage of 4/6 corner boxes, without the need to remove the unit. The IN 2.3 Carton Turner can be used inline with all Impack packing systems.

The Ergosa™ Pick & Place Packer is ideal for auxiliary folder gluer lines with very short runs and many type of cartons. It offers simple flexibility and when combined with a carton turner allows higher production speeds on straight line cartons at a low investment with one (PP1) or two packing person (PP2).

The MFA 1.1 lock/auto bottom batch inverting system, allow for the inverting of precisely counted batches of various thicknesses, types and styles of lock/auto bottom cartons with re-shingling of the cartons for semi or auto packing. The patented MFA system from Impack can be used in line with the Impack Ergosa and Virtuo packers, as well as some auto packers from other manufacturers. The MFA system includes a bypass mode (non inverting mode) that allows the production of straight line, 4 and 6 corner and other type of cartons, not requiring inverting, with no restriction to production speed.
