Inline flexographic printing is available with all web-fed Kempsmith office products converting equipment.

Three capability levels have been developed for progressively greater application sophistication.

Standard Flexographic Printers

Standard flexographic printers utilize a two roll inking system with full adjustability and the ability to print line copy and charts. Easy set up and adjustment make it a snap for operators to use.

Single side printing configurationReversible printing set up that allows selection between back-side or front-side printing based on job requirements.

Encapsulated Ink Systems for Fine Line Print Work

For high quality and fine line work, Kempsmith’s encapsulated ink system offers:

Selection of finer cell ceramic anilox rolls

Doctor blade system for fine line printing screens

Re-circulating ink pump and ink sump

Kempsmith's folding carton die cutters are some of the best in the world. Our innovative design and reliable performance make these the perfect choice for your folding carton plant. We offer webfed flatbed and rotary die cutters to go inline with any printing press, including digital printing presses, coaters and laminators or they can be run off-line with preprinted web. Our new Variable repeat rotary die cutter uses only one set of cutting cylinders for all your repeats.

Our die cutters cut, crease, emboss and remove waste all at the same time with one impression and deliver a finished carton onto a delivery table.

Cut a variety of products, shapes and sizes such as food packaging, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, paper cups, trays, shelf packaging, liquid packaging, tobacco etc.

The FA-300A is designed to produce standard Top Tab File Folders in letter and legal size or A4 and Foolscap sizes.

Full size or Logo Printers and tinters are available.
