This machine improves the winding quality of film at high speeds. Mounted on precision linear slides, the rewind stations move independently, horizontally and away from the layon/surface rollers as the rewind roll increases in diameter.

Contact is maintained through the diameter build up which ensures excellent finished roll quality. Tension isolation is controlled through a vacuum pull roller as opposed to nip rollers and S wraps.
