For manufaturing without hammer and accident risk ! The pin is selected fully automatically from the magazine. Then the pin bocomes placed and anchored directly into the board in a single operation at the right board position regarding calculated height of 3D.

The cutting dies data are handed over from the existing CAD in DIGIstrip and referred directly to the DIGIsetterNT after the treatment. Exactly by Centerline the new board is into line on the table. Immediately the machine starts the manufacturing.

By the automatic, patented pin setting, the upper stripping forms are ready in short time. The machine must not be supervised permanently during the production. No pre-drilling and no pre-lasering is necessary. The expensive laser remains usable for other applications. this reduces the manufacturing times and clearly lowers the manufacturing costs.
