A store of cartridges that contain in the basic colours, an actuator for the delivery of the ink from the cartridges, a weighting scale and a sophisticated control unit with memorizing software is all that is needed: Cromaspot doses colour with great precision, without un-necessary tubes, pumps and conventional valves.

The Colorpac device refills the same ink cartridge many time: an injector hooks onto the Ecofil cartridge valve, filling it quickly with new ink.

The Dositech system feeds the right quantity of ink from cartridges: a cartridge holder moves back and forth above the ink fountain, the ink level is monitored by electronic sensor and an actuator automatically extracts ink from the cartridge. 

The Dositech Extra and Colorfix systems feed into the ink fountain ink which is drawn directly from drums or tanks by our F200, F300 and F500 pumps.

The Grafitel system uses high frequency light impulses, through optic fibres, to move the blade sections of its ink fountains and adjust the quantity of ink. It can be equipped with CIP3/4 interpreter to calculate ink pre-setting.

The TGColor system excels at what is mostly required: balance between ink and dampening solution. You will have a striking improvement in print quality - more brilliant colours and higher contrast - and a reduction in start-up times.

The Lavamatic system automatically washes the blankets. The washing solution is measured, mixed and distributed on the surface of blanket cylinders: it removes ink residues and hickies. Optionals: cloth rewinding unit and inking rollers washing equipment.

The Thesis SV system works better tha most coating systems. The quality of coating is in fact an improvement on the results achieved with in-line coating units, either for UV or water based varnish, either for overall or spot coverage.
