Designed to accommodate an image area of up to 22” x 30” and at speeds of 1700 iph, the EHG Series Half-Sheet Press is available with foil stamping, diecutting & embossing capabilities or solely as a die cutter.

Feature highlights of the machine include EZ Load Magazine, Toggle Base Lifting Device and an incredibly small footprint.

During the show, Kluge will be running a foil stamped and embossed poster on this press.

Based on our popular OmniFold Automatic Folder Gluer, the ComFold Folder Gluer is designed with specific applications in mind and customized for your folding and gluing needs. With its versatility, modularity and easy set up, this compact system is the perfect solution for applications such as Pocket Folders, CD/DVD Wallets, Direct Mail Application and various types of specialty packaging.

The ComFold offers the user greater converting capability in combination with improved user-friendly features maximizing converting capabilities while minimizing set-up time. Capable of handling a 30" wide sheet (x 32" in length), the ComFold can be configured right and/or left hand side sheet registration, a combination angled or vertical buckle fold unit, flip gate and tab blast, as well as diffrent lenghts of converting area to meet your exact need. Segmented converting tables, encoder based controls and simplified electronics make the ComFold easier to set up, operate and maintain. Like the OmniFold, the ComFold is modular in construction, allowing the owner to expand their folder gluer capabilities as needed. Drop-in scoring kit, fold hooks (for auto-lock boxes), tabbing, tipping, onserting and taping units and many more features can be added to increase service offerings to your customers.

During the show, Kluge will be running two very different, diverse products, on the same machine – an iron cross mailer and a double walled box.
