PRONTO is an automatic machine designed to combine folded endpapers with a pre-glued lining material. The resulting product can be fed like a cover in a conventional perfect binder, thus obtaining a book block ready for hard cover casing-in. Ideal for Photo Books, Albums and conventional Books in small runs. Pre-folded endpapers are loaded onto the Feeder station, accurately registered and combined with the pre-sensitized lining material which comes from a roll and premelt.

The combined end sheets are delivered onto an easily accessible receiving table for removal.

The CT 150 it is a high-performance machine for the casing-in of thin books, CD trays, pop-up books and all those products which can hardly be cased-in with a traditional casing-in machine with blades. CT150 can be equipped with a special kit for books with flexible cases (such as integral cases), padded cases, etc. The special feature of this machine is that the glue is applied directly on the case and not on the end-sheet of the book block as in the traditional lines.

EASY CUT is a simple and efficient corner cutter: it is equipped with two cutting devices, so that it is possible to cut two corners of cover materials at the same time. The adjustment of the machine for the various sizes is done manually and very quickly by means of a hand-wheel and one locking lever. The cut depth (the size of the triangular trim) can be adjusted by moving the lateral guides.
