Acrylic sealer, water miscible, designed for easy application via the ink duct. Cover Seal provides excellent scuff and rub resistance whilst not changing the overall finish of the printed job.

Clearcoat Digital is a range of

both water based emulsions and

solvent based primers/pre-coatings

suitable for most high speed digital

presses.

The coating is applied off-line and

is suitable for sheet and roll-fed

digital presses, using dry toner,

liquid toner or inkjet technologies

including HP Indigo, Xeikon,

Konica Minolta and Xerox iGEN.

The pre-coatings can be applied

using an offset-litho press or

through a flexo/anilox roller coater

system. The products have been

tested and proven on a wide range

of paper, board and plastic

substrates. Coating roll-fed plastics

is particularly interesting as it

opens up possibilities for short run

and pre-production mock-ups for

packaging applications where

traditional flexo would be

uneconomic.

DIGITAL UV TOPCOAT

In addition to our range of water

based primers/pre-coatings, RW

Coatings offer a range of UV

curable varnishes in gloss, satin

and matt finishes which are

suitable for coating over digitally

printed work, these finishes can

now be applied via third party

in-line coating equipment or off-line
